Off topic...
Tonight on the History Channel (if you can resist the allure of pre-season football), @ 8:00 Barbarians: The Vikings. It is a terrific program, talking about how the Vikings were smart and ruthless warriors who made a small fortune ransacking cities and nations. I admit a certain ancestoral pride in hearing about Viking dominance and exploration: "Berquist" is a Swedish name. Terrific program.
