THT Rankings
The Hardball Times ranked how the thirty MLB teams did this off-season. the Phillies clock in at #19, largely based on how little they did (beyond allowing Eric Milton to leave and bringing aboard Jon Lieber, both moves they applaud), and how much their competitors (Marlins, Mets, Braves) did. I don't want to agree, but they have a point.
