Don't Look Now... 

...but the Phillies are a half game ahead of the Braves for second place at 9-11 (to the Braves 9-12), with another game against the Rocks on-tap, followed by a three-game set against the Pirates this weekend. I think they'll end the month at 12-12, a pretty decent record. 60% said the Phillies would end the month with record better than .500 ... looks like they might be right.

Nice win against the Rocks last night, though I think we need to address the poor quality of the Phillies defensive play and the effect it has on the Phillies pitching.
